Doing The Pledge of Allegiance every school day for 4 or 5 years is one of those things that don’t seem strange when you’re young

Yeah. About fifth grade or so I got wise to the brainwashing and stopped flat-out. Lemme tell you when a 10 year old stops standing for the pledge suddenly people give you some oddddd looks.
