Lament of the Mind

Answer
When I was younger, and suffering from many very severe psychological disorders and was borderline psychopathic and homicidal, I identified as a form of otherkin and I can confirm that people who identify as otherkin need serious, SERIOUS help because it's a form of disassociation and can be a sign of, among many other things: crippling identity issues; severe feelings of isolation; can be a sign that there are serious problems that need to be fixed; and could even signify future serial killer

I totally agree, and have had experiences with people with “headmates”.

I was once stalked by someone who claimed their “headmate” was doing it, and refused to take responsibility for it.

These things aren’t healthy and should be attended to and thank you for sharing my viewpoint.
