Some things I’ve learned in the CBT clinics I’ve been going to regarding anxiety that I thought might be helpful to some.

A lot of these hit way closer to home than they really should.
The one on social anxiety seems the hardest for people to grasp. It’s not exactly rational or anything, but people just don’t understand that in social situations, that -is- how I’m going to feel, and there’s -not- anything I can do about it. Ugh.
