Lament of the Mind

I swear I feel too grown up for the Homestuck fandom sometimes.

Don’t get me wrong, I love this fandom to death and back. But it’s totally filled with teenagers, and a lot of people in it have no concept of maturity.

(And quite frankly, some of the inside jokes are entirely not funny, to the point of being embarrassing when people go on about them in public.)

I really, really want to do a lot of stuff for the fandom. I’m working on a Caliborn audition for the Let’s Read, I’m considering doing a couple neat little character RP side-projects that I find awesome, I love looking at the fanart and cosplayers…but I’m still having a hard time getting through some of the fans. I love Homestuck to death, but some of you people are out of your minds.
