Hello again.

I thought I’d re-start with something positive this summer. Go, get out in the sun (if you have any).  Your skin doesn’t make you any less deserving of summer fun. 

This made me smile I think of my little niece who has eczema.

ALSO FUN FACT: sun is actually REALLY GOOD for lessening your eczema! My dad goes to light therapy because his is really bad, but it’s pretty much a really intense version of getting your eczema in the sun. I’ll put my arms and hands out for a while and it really does help! So show your skin! It’ll actually help.
