In Norwegian they are called troll branches. What is awesome about them is that they grow somewhat fast, so you’ll probably have to cut them at some point and the cut off branches will stay strong for years after you’ve cut them, so you can take them inside and decorate with the junk of your choice.
Ah yes, a plant that even if I murder it with my neglect, will still look presentable.
