Actually, it is. Because of slow planetary movement, the solar path is slowly moving out of Scorpio altogether. In another (few hundred?) years, it will likely have left Scorpio altogether and won’t move into it again for quite some time. [Note, I’m remembering my astronomy course off the top of my head - It’ll happen, I just can’t remember the timeframe exactly.]

If you’ve ever seen the phenomenon regarding the North Star, this is the same phenomenon! As we slowly move through the galaxy, the position of the stars above us changes ever so slowly - and combined with the slow tilt-change of the planet, makes the stars and constellations orient themselves differently.

Such is, ultimately, just another consequence of the passage of time.
