I keep forgetting what the differences are in the over the counter pain relievers, so I made a handy chart.

fellow arthritis sufferers: ibuprofen is your best friend. if you are taking aspirin or tylenol, you are wasting your time and money. ibuprofen will actually reduce inflammation and thus shorten a flare-up and help you heal.

and don’t be that weenie who only takes one pill. why do people do that? why would you take less than an effective dose? they don’t cost thirty bucks a pop, people, and you’re not gonna accidentally overdose. if you’re shuffling around like a goblin, TAKE FOUR.
